Business Law Specialists

We are business lawyers, and specialise in three legal areas – company law, employment law, and intellectual property. Because we only work only in these areas we are able to provide considerable experience and a high degree of specialist knowledge.

Where we need to involve lawyers specialising in other subjects, we have close working relationships with other commercial law firms in the Gatwick area enabling us to work with those firms where appropriate.

The principal of the firm, Michael Randall, spent ten years as an in-house lawyer with well known companies including Diageo, Westland and WH Smith – and this practical experience helps us to think of legal issues through the client’s eyes, and to speak in plain, understandable, English.
